Create Global Adjoint Catchment

Description

Creates Global Adjoint Catchment features by merging Adjoint Catchment features with their associated upstream processing units' polygon. The resulting GlobalAdjointCatchment features may be used instead of the AdjointCatchment features to perform a global delineation using the local delineation tool.
